Anna contributes to the continuous optimisation of operational processes (OPEX) within the “Process Excellence Support Pharma” project in a GMP-regulated environment. She takes independent responsibility for tasks in warehouse management, the Kanban system and the development of a sustainable spare parts concept.

A core focus of her work lies in the analysis and improvement of ordering processes, both independently and in close cooperation with the supply chain. In addition, Anna prepares qualification documents and actively supports quality assurance by carrying out data checks using the four-eyes principle.

Beyond operational optimisation, she is involved in the further development of internal procedures with the aim of sustainably increasing efficiency. Anna also contributes to improvements in selected areas of GMP production. Another key aspect of her work is the structured handling of audit findings, where she independently manages both implementation and follow-up.
