She independently manages recipes in the SAP system, analyses existing processes specifically for optimisation potential and effectively implements the appropriate measures. Her work also includes conducting and validating tests with new raw materials and supervising machine and plant tests.

As the central contact person, Isabella-Catalina offers technical support to the Sales Department and provides clients with expert advice on application-related questions. She continuously monitors the market for new developments in the areas of raw materials, technologies and sustainability. She regularly participates in trade fairs and conducts comprehensive market research.

Another focus of her work is the development of sustainable and recyclable product alternatives. She works closely with Marketing to find innovative solutions that meet both technological and ecological requirements and sustainably strengthen competitiveness.
