As an Operation Engineer in the Upstream Process sector, Kai is responsible for the independent processing and documentation of process deviations. He independently prepares change requests and develops effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) measures to ensure sustainable quality standards.

He is also responsible for the independent preparation of documentation for process, cleaning and service life validation. His additional responsibilities include the independent creation and maintenance of relevant process documents such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), manufacturing instructions, approval documents and comprehensive process risk analyses.

Through his structured and precise approach, he ensures that all upstream processes comply with regulatory requirements and run smoothly.
