Kwaku works as a Training & Development Manager for medical devices and is responsible for delivering product training and user instruction to healthcare professionals, including medical technical assistants, nursing staff and laboratory personnel in hospitals. He independently develops training materials and technical presentations tailored to the specific needs of users.

A particular focus of his work lies in the practical instruction on blood gas analysis devices, covering the handling of test strips, the introduction to device systems and ensuring safe and correct application in clinical practice. Kwaku also supports the commissioning of new systems and actively assists users in integrating them into existing processes.

He continuously develops his training concepts further, based on feedback and individual requirements. Working closely with field sales, technical service and product managers, he coordinates project-related activities and makes a key contribution to the successful implementation and sustainable use of the systems.
