Till is responsible for the technical development and support of client projects, with the aim of creating sustainable competitive advantages for the epoxy business. As a technical expert, he oversees specific product groups and is responsible for the qualification of new products. He independently plans and coordinates R&D projects throughout the EMEAI region and works closely with marketing and international teams.

In addition, Till is available to clients as a contact for technical service, conducts client visits, workshops and training courses, and offers on-site support.

Within the team, he supports his colleagues in planning and conducting experiments and in finding solutions to technical challenges. He acts as a central interface between Marketing, Sales and the specialist technical departments.

His responsibilities also include comprehensive project documentation and regular cross-departmental collaboration. To ensure close support of customers and projects, regular business trips are an integral part of his work.
