Tobias is responsible for the distribution of investigational medicinal products within clinical trials across all phases, ranging from early development projects to international Phase III studies. He develops, plans and optimises distribution strategies and manages external service providers to ensure GMP-compliant and on-time supply.

As a member of the CTSU Trial Teams, Tobias coordinates all distribution activities, while carefully monitoring schedules, budgets, risks and opportunities for optimisation. He responds flexibly to unforeseen challenges or bottlenecks by developing practical solutions that maintain stable and efficient study logistics.

A key part of his role involves monitoring study-specific inventories and developing and implementing distribution strategies through Interactive Response Technology (IRT).With his structured approach and in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, Tobias makes a vital contribution to the successful execution of pharmaceutical studies.
